Privacy
The short version: this website does not track anyone. Visitors who aren't members give us no personal information and get no cookies. Parents who become members give us an email address, which we use only to run their membership.
What this website does not do
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising of any kind.
- No cookies for visitors who aren't signed in as members.
- No third-party content. The videos, pictures and fonts all come from brunoandsunny.com itself. The only other company involved is Paystack, and only when a parent chooses to pay for a membership.
- We never ask children for any information.
Membership (parents and guardians only)
- Your email address. When you join, we store your email address so we can sign you in, check that your membership is active, and help if something goes wrong. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell or share it.
- Payments. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details. Paystack's privacy notice is at paystack.com/privacy/merchant.
- Your payment reference. Paystack emails you a receipt with a payment reference. Together with your email address, it lets you sign in on your other devices.
- One sign-in cookie. Signed-in members get one essential cookie that keeps them signed in. It isn't used for tracking or advertising, and it's removed when you sign out.
- How long we keep it. We keep your membership details while you are a member, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires for payment records.
Children
Bruno & Sunny is made for young children to enjoy with a grown-up. Membership is only for parents and guardians aged 18 or older. Children should not sign up or give us any personal information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights (POPIA)
We handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@brunoandsunny.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site may keep a short technical log (such as the IP address, date and page requested) to keep the site secure and working. We don't use it to identify or follow anyone, and we don't share it.
Social media
If you follow one of our links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or X, you leave this website and that platform's own privacy policy applies. Many of those platforms are only for people aged 13 and over.
